Integrated Management Systems Policy

As GALAKSİTY, our Integrated Management Systems Policy encompasses the following objectives and commitments:

  • To ensure customer satisfaction and the continuity of service quality, acting with a solution-oriented and proactive approach for continuous improvement,

  • To meet the applicable requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System, including the expectations of all relevant internal and external stakeholders and legal obligations, and to ensure ongoing compliance,

  • To comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System with effective leadership, responsible and participatory management, and to continuously improve its effectiveness with the involvement of employees,

  • To support, develop, and implement projects that contribute to improving the quality of life of the society in which we operate,

  • To align employees’ individual goals with corporate objectives, strengthen the sense of unity and solidarity, and ensure the creation of a highly motivated workforce with a strong sense of belonging,

  • To support all employees with professional training and personal development programs, enabling them to continuously improve themselves and increase their productivity,

  • To value the suggestions of our internal customers (employees), evaluate them together with proposed solutions, and form working groups to implement approved suggestions,

  • To integrate permanent improvements into the system in response to complaints, requests, and suggestions, and to ensure their application in business processes,

  • To protect the confidentiality and accuracy of information, taking high-level precautions to prevent intentional or negligent data leaks to unauthorized parties,

  • To ensure that information is readily accessible to authorized users whenever required,

  • To continuously raise and maintain awareness of information security among all employees,

  • To take preventive measures against all potential vulnerabilities,

  • To ensure that all activities carried out with business partners or stakeholders are conducted in compliance with Information Security Procedures,

  • To manage the potential risks of information assets, to continuously improve the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of these assets, and to measure the performance of related activities,

  • To safeguard information assets defined in Galaksity’s asset inventory — including identity data, customer information, software packages, servers, and other critical data — and to monitor them through the asset inventory system.
