From fragmented payment channelsto manageable payment operations.

Who is it for?

Designed for organisations working with multiple payment channels, banks or PSPs that need to monitor, route and report transaction flows centrally.

What problem does it solve?

Managing different integrations separately, fragmented reporting and the need for operational intervention when transactions fail make payment operations difficult. GalaksiPay brings these channels together in one management layer.

Operational value

Rules-based routing, transaction recovery, central monitoring and consolidated reporting make payment operations more visible and manageable.

One integration approach

Physical POS, SoftPOS, virtual POS, payment links, card-on-file, recurring payments and QR payments can be handled within the same architecture. Bank-owned digital wallets may be accepted where supported by the physical POS terminal. Cost, authorisation and transaction priorities are defined in the rules engine, and transactions are routed to the appropriate bank or payment service provider.

Integration and implementation scope

Existing bank and PSP connections, payment channels, transaction volume, reporting expectations and security requirements are assessed during the initial analysis. The implementation scope is defined according to the organisation’s existing architecture and target payment experience.

GalaksiPay POS Software can be included in projects using new-generation fiscal payment terminals thanks to an architecture aligned with VUK 507 requirements. Terminal and integration scope are defined together according to the organisation’s existing infrastructure.

Management, reporting and security

Transaction status, bank- or PSP-level activity, success rates, commissions and costs, refunds and cancellations, terminal status and reconciliation can be monitored from one panel. Reports can be downloaded in XLS, XLSX, PDF and CSV formats; real-time alerts and role-based permissions can be configured as needed.

GalaksiPay can run in the cloud or on the organisation’s infrastructure and supports API and white-label deployment options. Its information-security and process approach is supported by ISO 27001 and ISO 15504 standards.

Which payment channels does GalaksiPay support?

Physical POS, SoftPOS, virtual POS, payment links, card-on-file, recurring payments and QR payments are supported. Bank-owned digital wallets may be accepted where supported by the physical POS terminal in use.

Are POS software and payment orchestration the same product?

No. GalaksiPay POS Software is a separate product that can integrate with the payment orchestration platform. Other POS software that meets the technical requirements can also connect to the orchestration platform.

Which banks and payment institutions does it work with?

GalaksiPay offers integration with all banks. New bank or PSP connections required by a project can also be added to the integration scope.

Which criteria are used for smart routing?

Transactions can be routed according to cost and commission, bank availability, card type or BIN, amount, instalments, transaction type and merchant or branch criteria.

What happens when a payment fails?

The system can retry with the same bank, route to an alternative bank and make decisions based on defined error codes. An appropriate error message can be shown to the user and the operations team can be notified.

What can be monitored in the management panel?

Transaction statuses, bank- and PSP-level activity, success rates, commissions and costs, refunds and cancellations, terminal status and reconciliation data can be monitored in one panel. Reports can be downloaded as XLS, XLSX, PDF and CSV.

How is GalaksiPay deployed and integrated?

Integration consists of receiving the payment order, returning the collection result and establishing the reconciliation connection. The solution can run in the cloud or on the organisation’s infrastructure, provides APIs and can be deployed as white label.

What is the security, support and maintenance model?

GalaksiPay is supported by ISO 27001 and ISO 15504 standards. Support, maintenance and SLA scope can be configured in different models according to the organisation’s operational needs.

How do the demo and needs-analysis process work?

After your enquiry, the sales team contacts you and assesses your usage scenario. Before deployment, a needs analysis is conducted to define the required integrations, training scope and any customer-specific development.
